The calculations of the litigation costs and the settlement are subject to certain general conditions.

- Calculation of legal costs (court and legal fees) from civil proceedings based on a value in dispute (upper limit: 30 million EURO)
- Selection of multiple plaintiffs and defendants.
- Calculation is made per instance based on a constant amount in dispute across three instances.
- Views of totals per instance and detailed views of individual items.
- Calculations can be saved.
- The calculation bases are the RVG (Lawyer Remuneration Act) and the GKG (Court Fees Act), old and new fee law according to 2nd KostRMoG freely selectable according to instances
Comparison calculation
- Calculation of proportionate litigation and settlement costs in the event of a settlement in the first instance or on appeal.
- Settlement of the costs of the legal dispute and the settlement separately: costs against each other / cost ratio can be selected.
- Calculation of net proceeds on the plaintiff's side as well as expenses or payment burden on the defendant's side.
- Calculations can be saved.
- The result of the settlement calculation assumes that all parties meet their payment obligations.
